We hold classes at North Bend Elementary School Monday and Wednesday 7-9pm and Saturday @ Forest Hill Activity Center 10-12n.
We offer an affordable martial arts program for ages 7 and up. We are a family friendly program, so mom’s and dad’s are welcome to join, instead of sitting on the side line watching the kids play yet another sport.
We offer year round enrollment, so you can join at any time during the year. If you want to keep your kids fit, come and cross train with us when their regular sport season has ended. Our program can help with endurance, agility, flexibility and coordination, as well as learning how to focus more and maybe, even be a little more respectful, all while building self confidence along the way. You will learn all the basic Taekwondo techniques- kicking, punching, blocking, forms and self defense. Our instructors are registered black belts of World Taekwondo in Kukkiwon. We are a competitive school taking our most skilled students to State and National competitions.
